Change and Wellbeing
Over the last few years, we have collectively experienced seismic changes in the way we view our health, mortality and how our society is run. These experiences inevitably lead us to question who we are and reassess our priorities.
We’ve all heard the advice, ‘whatever the difficulties, it won’t last forever’. I’m a firm believer that through episodes of intense and painful psychological pressure, ‘putting one foot in front of the other’, is the only way to move forward. For myself, significant change was needed to ‘clear the decks’, for something much brighter and happier. I found the article below, really useful.
